Monthly surplus and saving to repay mortgage

I have an interest only mortgage and am both myself and my husband save into personal ISAs to be used to pay off the mortgage. I note that if I had a repayment mortgage or an endowment, the monthly payments would be included in household expenses when calculating my contributions from income to the Official Receiver post bankruptcy. Does this mean the ISA savings can be included when calculating monthly surplus income?

I think I can guess the answer, but any help gratefully received.

PS If husband's income increases in the 3 year period, do we have to inform the Official Receiver about that?

There is a very helpful Bankruptcy thread here which I am sure will have all the expertise you need to find all your answers.

My fear would be that they would regard these ISA's as assets and that they should be used to pay creditors .............. but please don't take my advice, go speak to the experts.
