They helped a friend of mine sort out his debt and were really helpful.

Then let them take you back to court they can't take what you haven't got, and if you can get some help from the cab Or something than that is better. http://www.mind.org.uk/help/social_factors/money_and_mental_health/debt_and_mental_health/resolving_debts check the Mind website for some support and don't worry about it. There is more to life than money, and if the interest is more than what was set out in a ccj then I dont fancy their chances if they do bother to take ou back to court.
