Just been to Mr Ms and spotted 2 trays of Seville oranges - and was thrilled 
to discover one tray was sell by 25 Jan. Because, of course, that's today's date...
Pointed out the (almost) OOD stock to the SA sweeping up and said that if they were going to be reduced I'd like a couple of packs, please (there were about 10 and it WAS gone 8pm...
Apparently, however, as no manager was around they weren't planning on reducing them. Chances are they'll now be thrown - unless a lucky SA gets his/her hands on them.
And there was me looking forward to a few bargainous jars of HM marmalade!

Technically the bargain had to exist before it could be missed, but I know what you mean. Shame there was not any managers around.Hoping this year is better than the last.

It is worth a look tomorrow as I have noticed some of the supermarkets will sell certain things which are past their BB date. Haven't seen them doing it with fresh produce though.Father Ted: Now concentrate this time, Dougal. These
