I recently an email for an recruiter saying they will be in touch once the roles go live, should I send an email in a weeks time saying any news? Or keep phoning them up? I don't want them to forget about me.

I would personally send an email after a week and then give them another week to respond. After that, ring them up and let them know that you tried to contact them but they didn't respond, and then enquire about the job position(s). Btw you should never come across as desperate, even if you are in reality.~ Better mad with the rest of the world than wise alone.0
