For anyone interested in finding out more about cohousing and related topics or sharing their experience and ideas I've just set up a Facebook group http://www.facebook.com/groups/323789307661989/
There are many different groups around the UK and abroad, rural and urban, with varying degrees of sharing and a wide variety of lifestyles. I've only recently started to look at cohousing as I like the idea of the sense of community and shared values.
There are a variety of "green" reasons for cohousing, from shared vegetable plots and spare rooms to pool cars and laundries.
