  • I originally put that in my post and then took it out but I agree.

    From my rudimentary knowledge they cannot enforce a contract against a minor.
    Thinking critically since 1996....

    You might want to pursue this, mayforher. The credit card debt might not be enforceable if you signed as a minor with no adult counter-signature.
    I used to think that good grammar is important, but now I know that good wine is importanter.
  • ..............Before doing that you may want to check what date of birth you gave them.

    If they think you mistated your date they might report it as fraud - if they do that then you won't get credit for a long time.

    um, have you ever spent on it since you turned 18?

    that one is a non starter I am afraid.

    New house. Bigger mortgage. MFWB after I have my buffer cash in place.

    Ive been with my bank since i was 4, so they didnt ask me for my date of birth, they just gave me a credit card!

    I think id spent it all by the time i turned 18 to be honest but i could check. plaease can you explain why you think it's a non-starter? Obviously if they have done something they are not allowed to do i want to sort it but if there is a clause you know of i dont want to go down that route for it to be for nothing!
