Applying for a loan with 2 mortgages

Hi, we own two homes one of which is rented out.
We are looking to Borrow money for home improvements on our home, Do I mention both mortgages when i apply and do i include the tennants rent as income??

    Yes you need to mention both commitments, they'll see them on your credit file anyway.

    Depending on how the question is worded yes you can include the income from tennants (eg if they ask for salary you shouldn't, if they ask for household income or similar then yep)
