Being bullied at work?

I am helping a lot of middle managers who are being bullied when times are tough enough...Is that your experience right now?
If so here's my immediate advice to you...talk about it...if there is no-one useful to talk to in work then speak about it at home or to your friends...it's awful to feel alone with this.
It is important to understand that you are not causing this, you are not to blame. The bully is never ever right.
Lastly, you always always have choices, there are things you can do to help yourself, and to get help from others.
Don't try to manage this alone, it's not healthy or helpful.

Here's a good paper which I've seen delivered by this organisation:
http://www.andreaadamsconsultancy.com/wp-content/uploads/2011/09/Guidance-for-Individuals-Recognising-Bullying-Behaviour-and-how-to-deal-with-it-Sep-2011.pdf
It helps to give info on how to recognise bullying behaviour and things to consider in addressing it.:hello:0
