;) ah , i see where the smell of skunk comes in ;)

Weston is a wonderful place , I used to work for a couple that hailed from WSM and when I met all the targets they used to chaffeur me down there in the Merc for a special treat ...it didn't happen that often . :(

I seem to remember a classic car show on a large green .

I live in Weston and I love it, although I find it very clicky.

That's what I had done last year, cartilage repair and knee cleaned because of arthritis. The arthritis was caused by the cartilage repair I had when I was 16 :( Maybe I could get it just to use as a walking machine then;)

Far better to set yourself an outdoor regime. Do you not have a nice wood somewhere local for a walk? Much better for ones psyche too if the exercise is taken outdoors, specially when the weather gets brighter.

Loving the tennis this morning :DJust hope Murray can keep it going.

I'm lending my support to him by having a piece an' square sausage, a bottle of Irn Bru and waving my Scotland flag! :D:D :rotfl: :rotfl:

Think Murray is playing excellent tennis,
my bet on him to lose is still open :p

So true, enjoy long walks at a brisk pace, Dulwich Park is one of my favs.
Bout 3 miles each way and a few around the park itself ( remember to bring bread for the swans and ducks).

That's what I'm going to do, start walking outside. It's nice where I am and I do have lovely woods just up the road. Started going everyday with the dog in the summer but the trouble is he's getting on a bit now and after 20 minutes refuses to walk any further and just sits and looks at me:cool:So looks like I'll be doing it on my ownsome:(
    Beware!!!! Glitching is addictive:rotfl:

When I feed the ducks and swans at the lake down the road from me they all come flying in like the film chicken run :rotfl::rotfl:

I bought a few of these this morning at £1.25 and they are well worth getting at that price.

They contain this full-size (very nice) lip balm:

which normally costs £1.50 so you are getting that cheaper than usual with a free gift of a small anti-perspirant deodorant, shower cream and moisturising cream.

    Sorry to quote myself...

Inside the box is a leaflet for a competition online. Enter your unique code and you are entered into a competition and can also print a voucher worth £2 off a range of face creams which includes these ones:

which are currently on offer reduced from £3.99 to £1.99 - free!

How did you get those prices ?
Even with 25% off ( BONUSWEEK) the prices are higher

There was another code VCODEBONUS for 25% off and both discounts were working together but I think it may have been fixed now?

This thread makes me feel twinges of guilt but these are definitely positive. Miss Laid eager for sun-rise to clean her windows - can't remember when I last did mine and with this glorious sunshine it shows up a job that needs doing. And all this talk of exercise - another one here who needs to shrug off the winter blues and get going.

But have just been given an allotment after being on the waiting list for some years, so think that will be my focus for the next few months - it's in quite a state and needs some TLC and I am a newbie to growing veg, so should be fun even though a lot of hard work ahead.
