the 6 year old in me always laughs when i hear the word parabolica :rotfl:

might have to look into that for WSB. I went to F1 as a littley as refused to get out of the car because i have hypersensitive hearing. Earplugs were virtually unheard of in those days

Not as loud as they used to be but ear plugs are a must if you get up close...the exit of Parabolica is noisy as there on full throttle going onto the straight. If you ever plan on going to Monza lmk and I'll give ya some tips..

I wont go near a track without earplugs now. I would rather have over sensitive hearing than none at all! I will try and remember if I ever make it to Monza, thanks :)

actually not entirely sure I could manage choc right now.......not normally a wine drinker but that cono sur went down quickly! .....I didnt really like the taste so drank it quick lolol its early so I might have to open another!

Wonder how 3dogs is doing? If you are reading .....there are so many of us thinking of you and sending cyber hugs xxx

Need to try read back about spiralling down too as I am interested in what's happening with her DS ...I had a fight with DS primary, resulted in me getting a Ed psych report showing he had specific learning difficulties which led to us being able to give him the support and EDUCATION he had a right to .....please pm me hun if you read this. I am not sure how it works over there but in England you have the RIGHT as a parent to request a full assessment directly with Ed Psych department, (i ended up going privately due to time restraints with grammar school entry exams)

I watched the assessment and it was absolutely the most eye opening thing I have ever witnessed.....to actually SEE a specific thing he couldnt do explained SO much about his behaviour and learning preferences.not dyslexia btw. Such a relief to KNOW what you are facing and how to deal with it.

nikki..how is your arm? hope you are not going to crowded T's aisles??!!! Be very careful xxx
