Yeah, go check the yellow SEL's in Tesco for all the items you need and note them on a piece of paper and go around all your locals on the day after they expire!
T's have cheap kettles and toasters anyway at the moment.0 -

I'm on the lowest dose available btw, which I'm happy about. Not saying that it won't be hard coming off or anything, just that it might not be as bad if you understand.
Been eating lots of fruit and veg this week. And I've been sleeping lots too yet it hasn't help oddly. Made me very tired in the mornings, and lacking energy to physically get up. Thought it would be the opposite.
One of the symptoms of my depression was being very tired and lethargic and found I slept a lot:)Awaiting a new sig0 -

OK, bear this in mind, perfection takes time. I got married the day of my 10th year with my OH. We had a loooooong relationship before deciding that we were right for each other. Two kids and lots of years later and I know OH was the one for me. I can't speak for him but I am happy and know I made the right choice.
Before I met OH I always said to myself 'never settle for second best' i.e. if they are not perfect then move on. HC there is someone for you out there, you just have to meet them. If you have a partner that does not make you happy, they are not the one for you, move on.Avatar courtesey of HC :beer:0 -
Just out of interest, Anyone wanting a kenwood food processor who missed the DTD.....well we all know the 196 model is RTC £40 now but there are two identical models with different numbers out there! There's the 225 which is £49 but theres also a 220 which looks identical and has exactly the same pictures and description on the box as the 225 but scans at £34.
If you happen to have a £10 off £30 coupon then even better.

Yeah, I know, but I really have decided I don't want anything. I'm happy as I am.

I can't swallow "large" tablets like paracetamol and have to crunch them up before taking but with my ADs the tablets were small enough to "disguise" with food. When coming off them I was allowed to break them into halves and then quarters to reduce the dosage gradually to minimise the side effects. (I still had a large stock of high dose tablets) As already said though, your GP is the only one who can advise on what you do with your medication.

Artha, I am so with you on this one. I have known a number of people who have been really worried about taking drugs and have struggled on without them due to concerns of what other people would think.Avatar courtesey of HC :beer:0 -

if you have probs swollowing paracetamol or ibuprofen aka nurofen you can always take children liquid in either of the meds to make up the dosages into adults ones best using the 6 plus calpol to convert to adult dose with would be 1000mgs equivalent to 2 x 500mgs of paracetamol.lost 9 stone since Feb 2011
