Bit of advice please. last night someone posted about getting DTD on penguin bars, that penguin bars 9 pack (with 100% extra free) were going through at full price (£1.75) but ordinary 9 packs were reduced to £1. The OP managed to get DTD as she got the 100% free packs.

Ive nipped in today and its clearly showing the 9 packs as reduced to £1, but the 9packs with 100% free are selling for £1.75 so can confirm this.

The packs obviously have different bar codes and thats why, but isnt it very misleading and unfair? How can the bigger pack have 100% free if you have to pay an extra 75p for them?

I was at my tescos last night and people were just throwing everything in there trolleys and then handing it back to the tesco guy to reduce,This is so unfair,One women even picked up the green tray and tipped all the fruit that had not been reduced yet but the tesco women was going round collecting from the shelves and then handed each item back to the sa to reduce.I am not going to give up on whoopsies but this sort of thing does put you off.

Come on people, stop taking this kind of bad behaviour and then moaningon here. Moan in store....go see the store manager and express your concerns. Trust me he will listen and very likely will do something about it. If you don't speak up though he won't know. :)

That was me and that was what I explained to CS that they weren't free so it was false advertising. My store didn't even have a different sel for the 100% free. CS agreed with me it was wrong and gave me DTD.

For some reason T is not comparing the Andrex loo rolls with Asda, it comes back N/A but the washlets do compare £1.88 v £1.00.

These price checks work in mysterious ways:rotfl: I was put off using the other washlets coupon(50p) to get this deal again but looks as though I might have been too hasty. Thanks
    Awaiting a new sig

    Ah, thanks Dizzy!

Our store had both labels up, but not corresponding with the products so it was still confusing, they would not entertain it though, they said it was only the 9 packs that were £1, the ones with 100% extra free were £1.75, would not budge!!

So I just got a refund, (and she kept my receipt!!) and so I bought the 27 pack for £2, which was not such a great bargain, but better than nothing:(

I believe LTF goes to uni in Gvildf0rd....hth!:D

LTF is it Gvildf0rd in Surr3y, you go to (sorry English geography is not my strong point lol). My ds is in his 2nd year at UCA Farnham so not far from you if it is. Last year he was panicking about accommodation too but thanks to the notice boards in the school, the accommodation office and people on his course, he ended up with a choice of 3 places to choose from. So dont be afraid to ask for help from the uni as well as your peers and you'll find something suitable. Saying that I wouldnt like to be your age again, take each day as it comes and well done on seeing your doc xx

Happy Birthday Neosi by the way
