I had to do that once too but I removed it once the guilty party had been kicked out.

Ive just come from Tesco Express @ Southwark nr. London Bridge. I requested a 50cl bottle of Grants Scotch Whiskey which is labelled £12.00. This scanned at £6.24 which I can only assume is an error. Cashed in and bought a second bottle, meaning I have a litre for £12.48. Even the 1l bottles are priced £20.29. Get shopping before they catch on!

I hate loose ends:mad: even though it's if no use to me I went back to the extra(only a mile down the road:cool:) to double check and put my mind at rest. Sure enough it scans(at the pharmacy this time) at SEL price of £42.50, so beware anyone that thinks they are onto a bargain!

Now the spooky moment! I was going to explain in my original post that I was not that interested in this Denby from a personal point of view as I think it's a "made for Tesco;)) quality and my BILs wife works for Denby as a rep/merchandiser;) Whilst putting a couple of boxes into a trolley for price checking who should I bump into but the said person! Haven't seen them for about six months so to meet up at that moment was an incredible coincidence(or not depending on whether you believe in fate:rotfl:) They confirmed the made for tesco;) but said they had a lot of it as very cheap seconds but just to use in their caravan. Bit snobby perhaps, but there you go:)

Hi everybody I hope you are all keeping warm. Just popped to Mr S and I found patak's easy Saag Aloo paste for four 60mg for 33p this was %70 off. Also noticed white dinner plates on offer 1/2 price in a lager Mr S however on Sun I went to a local Mr S and got the same plates with %70 off. might be worth checking out the local stores, however I popped into my local on Wed and they had put all the valentine stuff out. cooking lovely meat and potato pie over weekend with reduced price potatoes and stewing steak . really looking forward to it particularly has it will be very cheap to make. Had to pay full price for mushrooms and onions though.
