I'm off out for a check at the HomePlus - they have loads left in there!

Local had cleared a huge section for the Valentines promo so I think it's very likely :D

Oh mannnnn takes me right back to pre-lightening my hair! I have natural pretty light blonde hair but I wanted to go darker so I chose a honey blonde 24 wash colour....6 months later and it was still in there, particularly ugly colour too :( And it was just coming up to the leavers do at school and our Year 11 photo's so I had to do something. Pre-lightener I have since found to be a great product but this first time, it was not what I was expecting. My hair looked see-through!! I can't really explain it better than that, it was the most disgusting bleached out see through hair! Luckily it was remedied with a nice n easy dye but I was in floods of tears! Your poor daughter lutzi1, what a nightmare!!!!

Yup, it was at a time when she was very ill anyway and she was absolutely distraught. Most expensive bottle of shampoo/conditioner I ever bought! Apparently there's something in it that can cause this. They don't tell you that on the adverts , do they?
    Hope is not a strategy.

I'm no prude, bu I do find it slightly strange that this and some of the subsequent comments can be posted and allowed to remain if we are supposed to treat this as a family forum. Maybe it's just me. :o
    Hope is not a strategy.
