Ummm, I never weighed myself to start with so I wouldn't know, what, if anything I've lost. :(

We know you couldn't diet before, because you were missing us all too much :p

However now you are back, you might need a new excuse ;)

Off to dish up the dinner and then settle down to Dancing on ice, then later watch TOWIE (Really embarrassing myself now but I love it!:o:o:o)

I LOVE TOWIE! Chloe's my favourite, at first I was really put-off by the severe plasticness and strange looking face but she's so funny!

I loved it when Joey came in in some totally absurd jeans and she said he looked like 'a raving lunatic', I thought THIS is my kinda girl! :rotfl: She's the only one I reckon I could be friends with in real life.

Ohhhh you can keep it if you want, We don't want it here down south:p:p:p Well tell a lie, it's nice if it's just a day or two and then it disappears, actually thinking about it it would do me a huge favour if we got snowed in, it would force me to start making a dent in all the stuff I've got in the freezers!!!!;) Whyt when anyone says it's snowing do I automatically go and look out the window?:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

I need some snow here please, I have certain projects like putting all my photos in albums, that I save for being 'snowed-in', but nothing's been done! Come on, snow please!!

Got a new 51" 3d plasma being delivered tomorrow :D For once Currys have done the right thing :T

while in lincoln sorting out the tv i stopped in mr ms for whoopsies...pathetic discounts at 3.55, no wonder there was loads of stuff left. didnt make it to mr ts becausr after currys, b&q and mr ms i ran out of time...so easy to forget the shops arent open til 6!
Going to write my shopping list and gather up my coupons for tuesday.

For anyone who still has the 50p ocean spray coupons/codes mr s has the 1l cartons reduced to 64p atm :) i saved my codes and am stocking up again

    never no might be ok,
had a client bring some 2 year old dulux white matt stored in his shed, mixed up smooth and used.

same client brought out an old 5 litre dulux gloss, skin was 3 inches thick and the paint had turned into mush, chucked that one !

even keeping off floor on a pallet or rack can help preserve the life a bit longer.

Better to measure the area of largest wall in the room and X by 8 to get the square meters you need to cover, look up the coverage on the back of the can and you should only end up with a small amount over for touching up after furniture/finger/pen marks.
Back to square one, no apg, no comment.
