im sure they were £2 in our T's when i bought a bag to test during the last glitch

I scanned a red bag of eggs on 15th Jan and they came up at £2.50. They had a sticker over the B/C. They are showing today at £2.50 a bag at Tesco.com or 2 4 £3. I 've lost my Tesco mojo lately and going to Sainsburys and trying to use up all the glitchy/reduced stuff I've got.
Still virtually alcohol free since 4/1/15. (10 Xmas/ New Year/Birthday drinks)
It takes 3500 calories to lose a pound in weight. Target 13 lbs weight loss. 18.5lbs lost 2nd May - 28 September.

I'm on the mini bottles of wine.

Me and my OH just had a chat about how it'll be when DS goes to uni this year. We're really bad for doing our own thing in the evening. We'll both be at home but he'll be in the garage doing something and I'll be watching tv or on the lappie(probably because we work together all day:eek:) Anyway we decided that when DS goes to uni we'll make a bit more of an effort to do things together in the evening. He's just walked in and seen me on the forum and said"So will I have to get a superman tshirt to get you to chat to me a bit more?" It really did make me really laugh:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl: I've told him he'll just have to join the thread;) I think he doesnt listen when I chat to him but obviously he does!!
    Beware!!!! Glitching is addictive:rotfl:

  • Was beaten to the whoopsies by 10 mins :(:( If only I hadn't stopped on the way  There was one woman who got all the whoopsies tonight, looked like she had just cleared the whole shelf, was tempted to nab one of her chickens when she turned her back, but thought better of it ;):D

Got 2 finest cheesecake slices and 4 square sausages, not quite what I was hoping for, but the cheesecake was yummy so that kinda makes up for it!

So that's another whoopsie lesson learned, don't stop while on the way! I'll master this eventually :rotfl::rotfl:

That's pants but it's probably happened to all us whoopsiers at one time or other. You walk up the chilled aisle on a mission, trying discreetly not to attract any attention to yourself because you don't want to give clues it's whoopsie time. Your heart usually leaps if you can see the shelves are full of stuff but the worst bit is seeing someone heading towards you with their trolley full of yellow stickered goodies because you know you were 5 minutes too late:eek::eek: And if they've got joints of meat in their trolley it makes it worse and if it's at 90% reductions and all that's left on the shelf is cottage cheese and a few skanky sandwiches it can put you into a deep depression ;):rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:It's happened to me and I've really had trolley envy before:eek:

Do you do the smug face "Look at my whoospies" when you have managed to get a good haul before the whoopsie blockers have got there, I do, :D

We have a mother and her 2 grown up daughters that usually hog the lot all 3 of them have a trolley but only the mothers trolley gets used for whoopsies the daughters trolleys will only be used for blocking

Thanks for the tip on the flasks
I haven't got any Milton so I'll try the washing powder trick

Ps lovely find by my mum in Asda today turkey foil by Bacofoil 3m reduced to 50p in Asda

Please try this first for your flask.
Boiling water 1/2 fill and dry rice, shake them in the flask for a few mins then empty out.
Then Bicarbonate of soda & boiling water.
Soap powder may taint the flask, same with any bleaching agents.
BTW The rice trick also works great for stains in a flask.
    HTH.
Love your Mum, you'll never get another one when she's gone.
