    i would email CS at HO or uncle phil and ask for clarification on the returns policy, then when you get a satisfactory reply take it to the cs desk and show it to the trout that scribbled all over your receipt!!also ask that the customer service staff receive some training on their DTD policy, was this the ch''''sterfield store by any chance as some of the staff on the cs desk are terrible!

    Right just managed to catch up but think its bed time for me was up early this morning and been in a meeting all day which drains me more than doing my real job lol, so night everyone and dont get too drunk happy and everyone else celebrating hc return .

    Went to Ts eariler found some more Nuts but no choccie :(
