You will only get the discount off a whoopsie if there are multiple offers i.e 2 for £4 , 4 for £7, not single offers.

It's alright, you can give me an IOU.

Drinks are on me tonight, glasses of tap water all round. If you ask nicely I may just give you an ice cube or two.

Quick question, found OOD SEL on a Russell Hobbs steamgilde iron b/c ends 032765 SEL £24.99 charged £39.99. SA said she would honour the price and wanted to refund and recharge (very good of her!) Told her I should get DTD, she says not on OOD SEL's but with your information on here told her she was wrong, she called manager and he said yes I should have it. She gave me DTD and then said I cant return item, I said I could, she then agreed I could but said I cant have more than £9 if I return the item and has written this all over the receipt. Should I call HO to ask on policy for refund if I have had DTD or has anyone else got any advice. Thanks (not so quick question in the end:))
