When I worked for a graphic design company back in the 90's they did this fantastic birthday card for me which was about 3 feet high!!. It was a caracature of me dressed in thigh length leather boots,stockings and suspenders, and brandishing a whip......saying "Pay up you b*****ds"!!

*sigh* ....those were the days!
