Evening all! I see we have reason to be celebrating tonight!!
    Welcome back Happy!
Omg how could you post that... My mouth is watering just looking.

:o:p Thanks :D Perhaps I should start up a cupcake delivery service ;)

Nikkilala....Frequent is right....outside jogging has a much more detrimental effect on your joints....but have you considered a small trampoline? One of those athletic small round ones...you can get them for about £20.....apparently jogging on these for 10 minutes equates to a 30 minute job outside...the 'bounce' action prevents any hard impact on your feet/knees or any other joints, and as it helps you bounce back up, you dont actually feel as tired as if you'd been jogging! They take up minimal room and are obviously very cheap!! I used mine for shifting my baby weight while catching up on the soaps each day!! :)

Nikki I completely agree with Looby I love my trampette  (yes that's what they're called!!) I don't think it burns as many calories as jogging unless you can really power through at high intensity for a sustained period!! But I have a lot of fun on mine just jumping around and watching the tv! Time soon passes and I find it very gentle on my joints and easy to change intensity/position if a particular joint is aching. If you use them alot you will need to replace it. I'm on my second now as I ended up with a rip in my last one and a spring pinged off as I was jumping....think I got a bit carried away :rotfl::rotfl:But both of mine have been 2nd hand, one from a charity shop and one from a carboot. Both cost £3 and they were almost new :D

Hi all. Thanks nikki for the new thread. I haven't posted for a while, and have turned into a lurker,:o but I found a bargain today that I want to share.

In T's I found a stack of Thorntons Premium Collection chocolate gift packs, 96g for 75p. It was on a normal white sel, on the normal chocolate shelf. The box is about 4x4x3, with a red top and a stripy bottom, and a red bow holding on the label on the top right corner of the lid. Barcode ends 5495, and the best before date is 9/9/12.
The best part is that on the shelf next to them was a 210g box, and I think the sel said £7.99 . If you buy ten of the gift boxes you get 960g of Thorntons for less than a 210g box!!!
I hope this helps someone, and yes, I know that it's chocolate again, but the boxes would make lovely little thank you presents. Needless to say I will not be tempted :p, cos I joined Slimming World two weeks ago, and have already lost 8 pounds :j:j.

Thank you very much for the find :T Just wanted to add that they're 70p in A's :j:D
