just been on the phone to Payplan for an hour and really helpful person on the phone called at 10.00am exactly when he was supposed.
he is calling me back in a couple of days once he has jigged the figures around a bit.
im going to go and open a natwest bank account this afternoon and sort all our bills out to come out of that account.
i just feel a slight relief that we maybe getting somewhere at last!!!
:j
just want to get it all up and running so we know where we are now!
