Tesco Dvd Rental

I'm really not sure where to put this - so feel free to let me know if it is in the wrong place.
Tesco DVD rental have recently changed their policy on sending discs - they send multiple discs in one envelope. Which is fine for them - less postage - but it means I have to watch all the films before I can send any back. Their website has a "send some spare envelopes" button, which doesn't work, so I phoned their customer service who said there was a shortage of envelopes (!?).
I'm a bit peaved off with this, so I was thinking of moving to Love Film - about the same price (LoveFilm actually do the Tesco DVD Rental). Do you know if LoveFilm has the same new postage policy? Or can you recommend another similarly priced DVD rental?
Thanks

I have literally a few hours ago phoned up Tesco and complained about the same thing, the lady I spoke to was very nice and says she has taken me of the multiple mailing so the next ones I get should come seperately.
Give them a ring and get them to do them same, i'm sure they will.0 -
Thanks. I'll do that!0

I've used most (if not all!) of these companies some just for the free trial, others for 6 months plus. My favourite by far was screenselect before the dreaded merger and the worst was lovefilm - it sometimes took 6 days for them to send me a dvd off my list of 40. Blockbuster was great during the free trial but then you seemed to always get titles off the bottom end of your list. The best in my opinion at the moment is mymoviestream which after using for three months am still getting dvds off my top ten.
Just my 10p's worth I'm sure there are many other opinions. You can't go wrong with carpet bombing...0
