Terms and conditions

1. Open to all UK residents with a Recognition MasterCard or Account Card except employees and their immediate families of VisitScotland, House of Fraser, their agents or anyone professionally connected with the promotion.

2. Limited to one entry per household. No third party or bulk entries will be accepted.

3. Entrants must be over 18 years of age.

7. Prize includes; 1 x 2-night stay for 2 people at the 5-star Hotel Missoni, Edinburgh. Stay is on a bed and breakfast basis, based on 2 people sharing a double or twin room, and includes dinner for 2 and a bottle of house wine on one night. Prize also includes; 1 x fudge-making experience for 2 at Fudge Kitchen, Edinburgh including 1 x 6-piece box of fudge; and 1 x 2-course lunch for 2 at Oloroso, including a ‘No More Shopping’ cocktail each.

8. Prize break also includes £200 spending money and £100 maximum travel allowance. Travel allowance will be paid once the prizewinner provides full receipts. Amount payable will be at the Promoter’s discretion and will be to a maximum of £100 in total.

9. Prize break must be taken in full before 30.06.12

10. Accommodation cannot be redeemed over the Christmas, New Year or Easter period.

11. Stay at Hotel Missoni includes use of TV movies, two items of laundry, the use of Nespresso coffee machine and the complimentary mini bar.

12. Fudge-making experience lasts approximately 1 hour.

13. The prize does not include any travel insurance, any other meals or related living expenses. Prizewinner will be fully liable for any damage or breakages to the property or its content for the duration of their stay. No pets or smoking allowed within the property.

14. All elements of prize package are non-transferable, are subject to date availability, subject to change and are subject to all prizefund provider standard operator terms and conditions.

15. The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternative prize is available, except that in the event of circumstances outside of its control, the promoter reserves the right to provide a similar prize of equal or greater value.

16. One winner will be drawn at random on 01.03.12 under independent supervision from all entries received and notified within 14 days of the closing date. The promoter's decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

17. Prize must be claimed within 14 days of notification. Failure to do so will result in forfeit of the prize and another winner will be drawn.

18. No responsibility can be taken for any entries that are lost or delayed or which are unable to be sent due to Internet connection issues or systems failure or anything else that prevents entries being received. Proof of online entry does not constitute proof of delivery.
