    Write to them again.

If they don't reply, write a complaint

don't give out your bank details over the phone to anyone, no matter what promises they give you. the fee they took was clearly mentioned in the T&C's, which you agreed to without even looking at them.
  • My son has just fell foul of this company too, took £69 even though the paperwork suggests he had to sign to give permission. He didn't send the paperwork back, but 2 weeks later the money has been taken out of his account. We even had the paperwork checked by RBS when we saw some of the comments on here, they advised they would put notes on his account...but they still have taken the money.
Can you confirm, from what I can see, they continue to take the money, at what intervals, or was a fresh application made?

however the second deduction is fraud. no where will it say we have the right to keep claiming money. but i agree don't give your bank details out. we upset someone buying our old car by asking for cash instead of a bank transfer. i am to suspisious now.

Because most of these broker type scams like to use something known as continous payment authority on your bank account (even if you were to get a new bank card) Banks are about as helpful as a chocolate teapot because somewhere along the line you've given out your card details to allow this.

Most of the time the procedure is to formally write to them (no, not by email or telephone call) a letter will need to be sent by recorded delivery to request your money back
and new bank account, because they will/can still keep coming back !
