  • Does anyone know if you can cancel a boots order? Doesn't seem to be an option although my order hasn't gone through yet as it says payment not taken.

Seems not shop to drop, Link here
Can I amend or cancel my order?
Once your order has been placed we can't cancel it or make any changes. When the carrier delivers it, simply ask them to return it to us for a refund.

If you have received your order please see our returns process on your paperwork.
    Booo!!!
  • Thank you so much for this...used the 10% code too!! Not sure what these are like size wise so ordered in a 6 and 7 to hopefully get one pair that fits!!!
  • Fit flops says to go to the size below if usually a half size, so 6 1/2 would be a 6. Must say this is good advice my 1st ones were a 7 (normally 6 1/2) and I now always get a 6 and they are fine.
Also find that they last for ages.

I find that I need a bigger size in boots than in flip-flops.

I have gift vouchers for Boots. I can't seem to see anywhere to enter them so that I can pay with them in some way which is a real pity!

You can order in store if you give them the item code - then you can pay with points or vouchers. I bought a pair of boots last year using my points.

Thank you! I was just beginning to regret not buying another pair of these as mine are looking a bit tired now. Not much left in my size but I am trying the hyker boots and hoping they will be nice with jeans. £58.50 and a treat to me for my birthday :)
