Self assessment: self-employed mileage query

Hi all
I am self-employed and drive all over the place to different jobs for different clients.
For some clients, I charge for mileage. For others, I do not charge for mileage - it's all negotiated case-by-case.
Can I still claim for mileage where I DO invoice the client for it?
Thankyou,
A

One assumes you have included the mileage charge received as income - if so then yes.0
