Cancel your DMP with freshstart. Read through the agreement to see how (you probably need to do so in writing).
Then contact one of the debt advice charities about your options and they will advise you. You could set up a DMP with one of the charities/free providers or they may advise a self-managed DMP.
Have a read of this link - IMPORTANT - Where to seek professional impartial advice about your debts.

    Terms and conditions

Cancel your d/d now. For the 1st 6 months only half of your payment goes to your creditors. HB take the rest for themselves.

You are close to qualifying for a DRO if you want to look into that

Hi I have been with these morons for 8 years, stupidly I never googled them. They have paid incorrect credit cards, started charging me £35 a month instead of the initial £20 increased my debts and ruined my credit history completely. i have finally paid off my debts myself as Harrington Brooks were taking my money and paying minimal amounts to my creditiors and taking me for a ride. I want to complain to the CEO Matthew Cheetham anyone have an address?

Please, please, please DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES USE Harrington Brooks!!! You go to them because you believe they will protect you from those evil Payday Loan companies. THIS COMPANY IS WORSE THAN ANY PAYDAY LOAN COMPANY!! They have taken money from me at every opportunity. Initially I went to them because I had Payday Loan debts spiraling out of control. They then asked me about any other loans I had other than Payday Loans. I told them i had a couple of bank loans. They convinced me to put them all under one umbrella to 'make things simple'. I trusted them but soon realised they were only doing it to EXTEND THE LENGTH OF THE FINANCE MANAGEMENT PLAN. You therefore end up paying MORE MONTHLY CHARGES TO THEM because you plan is extended. I didn't realise this at first because THEY DID NOT TELL ME THERE WAS A £38 PER MONTH CHARGE. That's on top of the £600 THEY CHARGED ME TO SET UP MY ACCOUNTS. They are amongst the BIGGEST SHOWER OF COWBOYS I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED IN MY LIFE!! KEEP AWAY FROM THEM!! USE STEP CHANGE - THEY ARE COMPLETELY FREE!!
