Freezing coffee

Options
Hi,

Bit of help pls, I've made two cafetiere coffees today and had loads left over, so I've put it in a freezer bag and stuck it in the freezer, I've seen a few espresso cheesecake recipe's that I might use it for at a later date, do you think the coffee will be ok frozen?

my mum says you can freeze anything - it's the defrosting that causes problems....

don't see why this would be a problem though.

I'll try just wondered if anyone may have done this already successfully.

Yes, I freeze left over coffee from my percolator in ice cube trays and use it to make ice coffee in the summer. So far I've found no difference in taste.

Thank you so much for posting this! I make 'proper' coffee and quite often have some which won't get used up. I freeze everything except lettuce, but never thought of freezing coffee!
