Hiya - Just a quick "BEWARE" about returning items to Apricot clothing.
My wife just bought two dresses form Apricot and on arrival they were found to be too small, they were duly packaged back up in the original packaging, which was two items in one parcel, a week later my wife received a refund for only one dress! The company claim that only one dress was in the parcel, my wife has assured them that she knows how to parcel goods and return them and that she most definitely returned both.
As the entire purchase was less than £100 she has no Section 75 protection. I'm not sure who will win the current round of email tennis but it's not looking good for the wife at the moment.
So there you have it, beware of buying and returning goods to apricotonline.couk especially if returning more than one item. If you do then make sure you package them individually and obtain proof of postage from the post office. Hope this helps somebody else.

Does her postage receipt have the weight on it. I once argued with another company over the same thing. Because the receipt had the weight on they realised their mistake. If you are ever unsure about anyones free returns label though post office a tip i came across is to pay for recorded on it. They still pay postage but your allowed to pay just the recorded element.
