Sick pay-3 different employers

I'm beginning to get rather concered about SPD (pelvic pain). I had this with my first pregnancy and can already feel some discomfort starting and I'm only 11+3!!
Since my daughter was born I have been doing cleaning jobs in the evenings as child care costs made it pointless to return to my full-time job after Maternity leave.
I'm concerned that the SPD may become too painful and prevent me from working up until Maternity allowence kicks in at 29 weeks. So my questions is, does anybody know if I can calim any kind of sick pay (if necessary)? I won't be entitled to SSP as I don't earn enough with an individual employer but I do earn and average of £130 per with with all 3 combined. The money I earn is essential at the moment and I am beginning to panic a little.
Thanks in advance,
Kerry
