Funny how flowers do that..Con?

I know a lot of you have won.
I won on day 74, with my hubbys pic.#No email, no nothing.
i have tweeyed, emailed and contacted through site......
I am absolutely disgusted, they get you to send a personal pic....
then nothing.
A nyone know how I complain, I am not at all happy about this

    I know they are a little slow to respond but you are making them sound like scammers and they certainly aren't. They don't 'get you' to send a personal pic, that's yours decision and many people on this board (including myself) have been very pleased with the bouquets received. These come from a florist local to you so it takes a little time but they are well worthwhile. They are a little slow with emails etc. but if you send them a polite email telling them when you won and containing your details you will soon find a lovely bouquet is delivered. I won in early November and didn't receive my flowers until Christmas but they WILL arrive.
