We got the same gift at xmas and the sticky label pulled off the coating too! Didn't have the heart to tell our friend who got the gift for us but was suprised at the bad quality from Boots!First home- Oct’16 until June’21: £170.995- Overpayments made £13,784 (25% extra!).

If it's not too much trouble, why dont you email Boots Customer Services. One of the reasons they arent really doing much about it is they claim I'm the only person who's complained.
