Payday Loan - My details - Help

Hi, can anyone help. I have been very stupid and have applied for another payday loan. I am already in debt with other payday loans (they have my old details) and have other debts which I am in the process of dealing with the CCS.
I have been declined the payday loan which I am now glad about. What I am worried about is that this company have all my new bank, debit card and employment details and I am now really worried that the company maybe linked with the payday companies I have debts with or that they will pass my details on to them? Would that be the case? I have just opened this basic account with the bank and don't want to close it as I had a great deal of trouble opening this account with them. Should I get a new debit card or does anyone think it will be ok and that my salary when it is paid in won't be taken out without my knowledge?
Thanks for you help

You may be in for a fight. As the new bank details were given for a loan contract which was never formed, they have no right to take money from this account. This won't stop them if they are associated with one of the companies you already owe to and they cotton on to the value of the details. Hopefully this is not the case, but if it happens, you will have to go down the road of getting the new bank to charge them back. This will be a hard fight to win, but it rests on the fact that they have no right to use those bank details.
Indeed, you have been extremely foolish to open a clean new bank account and associate it with debt. The whole idea of the new bank account is to keep it clean.Hi, we’ve had to remove your signature. Hi Anna
The safest way to absolutely guarantee the safety of your funds is to open another new account. As DVardy points out, the payday lender that rejected you should not be taking any money from your account but the fact is that your account details are now "out there" and there is a risk, however small, that an associated lender may put 2 and 2 together and try to snatch money from the account.
If you have been thinking about taking out a payday loan, you need to ask yourself why. Are the amounts you have budgeted to live on realistic? If not, you will end up looking for ways to make ends meet which could only make matters worse. You should speak to CCCS again and make sure that whatever budget you have put together is one that you will actually be able to operate within - it will be easier for CCCS to help you if you are open and honest with them.We work as money advisers for National Debtline and have specific permission from MSE to post to try to help those in debt.
