    Think yours must be lost in the post - I applied on the 26th Jan and I've had mine weeks, it didn't take long to arrive.

    Mine never arrived, have emailed them 3 times and they havent even had the decency to reply. My mother won a book on the same day and got hers weeks ago. I won mid January.
    A home is not a home ..... without a dog :heart:
