Hi i hope someone can help,
Although i have not had any dealings with minicredit however they took £2.50 out of my account and they wernt the only only in total in one month £180 from companies i have never heard of. All transactions were Visa Purchases so it couldn't be classed as fraud but as a visa dispute. Mini credit have sent me a text today (not knowing how they got my details) saying: "We are forced to start Legal action and inform the National Chargeback Database about your fraudulent chargeback to reduce your credit rating."
Does anyone know if this is a real thing, if this company is a scam?
I am very worried now, as i have never heard of this company before but this text feels threatening and i dont want this to effect me in future for when i try and get a mortgage. Or anything else that needs a good credit rating.
Any advise for me would be very greatful as i do not know what to do now.

well the normally charge around £2.50 for an application. but this would also be the account they pay money into.
it could well be someone has taken a loan out in your name.... but somehow got it paid into a different account.
they arent a scam company just one of the more expensive and awkward payday companies in the market.
I would be closing that account, and setting up a new one.
Contact your bank and advise your bank has been compromised.Promo codes are never always cheaper..... isnt that right EuropCar?0
