Natwest Consent to Let

Natwest Consent to Let Anybody know how friendly Natwest usually are with their 'consent to let'?

I'm about 1 year into a 2 year tracker. I want to rent my property out but not for too long.

Anybody know the likelihood of them saying yes?

Cheersx

  • 99% certain no-one on this board can do any more than guess, given the amount of information you have supplied.

Depends on your reason for letting, your loan to value, your repayment history etc etc. and even then only one party can give you a definitive answer.

  • Loan to Value is about 43% , repayment history has been on time.
  • Ok so your LTV is good; what is your reason for wanting to let?
