Natwest Consent to Let Anybody know how friendly Natwest usually are with their 'consent to let'?
I'm about 1 year into a 2 year tracker. I want to rent my property out but not for too long.
Anybody know the likelihood of them saying yes?
Cheersx

Depends on your reason for letting, your loan to value, your repayment history etc etc. and even then only one party can give you a definitive answer.Thinking critically since 1996....0 -
