I've just completed a R27 HMRC tax form. The form doesn't state an address where I should send it to. Can anyone help please.

No cover letter with it giving a source address?
If not - to here :
HM Revenue & Customs
Pay As You Earn
PO Box 1970
Liverpool

No cover letter. I just downloaded the form from the HMRC website.
I'll give the Liverpool office a call tomorrow just to confirm.
Thanks.0 -
I presume you've read this :
http://www.hmrc.gov.uk/bereavement/index.htm#1
..... covers the possibility of R27 towards the bottom.
If the deceased was PAYE - that's the correct address. They just sort / distribute to other offices - so I wouldn't bother ringing. If SA however :
HM Revenue & Customs
Self Assessment
