Finish my 25 year mortgage in October do i need a lawyer to finish things off, whats the price of that if so.
Read you dont need one and truthfully cant afford it...seems a rip off paying it for allt those years.

no you don't need a solicitor
just make sure the land registry entry has the mortgage company's charge removed and you get your deeds back if applicable0
