i can confirm that the policy has changed. i was behind someone the other day and heard the sa telling the lady she could only exchange for goods to the equivilant value without a reciept, also i went to change something and was told the same - the till tells them what to do apparantly!!
didnt matter to me though as i was just changing for a different colour anway

In my little book of treats I got a bogof voucher on Mediterrainian pregnancy products. Does anyone know if this will go through on the ordinary Med range as I cant even find any pregnancy stuff. Got the reduced No7 mirror with the parenting voucher, plus free wrap, SA didn't bat an eyelid!

I see on Boots.com that they sell Dysons and computers, does anyone know if their Boots stock these as all my local stores only have cameras and camcorders and would really like to use my points on something big.

Some Boots still have notices up as "return without receipt will go on a gift card".

Yes, no problem, have got a red box and a black box. Took the red box to the chemist counter a week ago, only bought £2.48 of stuff, assistant looked surprised at it being free, but let it go through. Took black box through photo counter today, no problem, together with botanics face wipes, £2.50 voucher and 100pts voucher that I had ripped from the mag on the way in and some reduced baby clothes. Again no problem! Even got another £2.50 x 2 voucher back! That can def be your excuse to go to Chester
