bad day today - sa said i couldnt use any vouchers at all if i was getting the sanctuary bag free as they couldnt combine offers! didnt want to tell her i had already got two from there last week and the girl put through all my vouchers and additional point too! lol :rotfl: oh well some you win some you lose

Did you have to show a receipt to return suncare?

I got 2 No7 sunlotions on Saturday (with wrap) and realise that I should have bought the sun sprays.Does having a wrap make any difference...Oh I also used £5.00 voucher??????

Just received my Sanctuary "Treat Your Hands" sachet packs. Ordered four and got the two free Sancutary bags. They are really nice and will make lovely presents. Pity I wasn't greedy and ordered a load of the packs could have ended with lots of the bags. There's always next time...............!;)

Having just spent money on bra's from La senza I've had to change my boots plan for today, I'm going to try and find the cheapest thing I can to spend my £5 No7 on instead. Maybe if I'm lucky they'll still have some No7 sale items

after the post pages & pages back about CS confirming that all sanctuary bags should contain a £3 off voucher i called to complain my bag didnt have one in it but my mum got ne too and hers did

the lady took my AC no and told me to tell them what had happened instore & theyd print me one off from the AC machine - what a load of rubbish!!! that was totally to get me off the phone. wish id phoned another time now & spoken to someone else, cant exactly call again about it

If you have a receipt to proove you paid for both then you will get all your money back, however if you don't have a receipt you will not get your money back but will be offered an exchange but only for one product, I know this because I work for Boots!

ooooohhhhh I want to say thanks to whoever put up the Clearence Pink Hot Water Bottle covers!! I bought them for Crimbo Winter Warmer baskets that I am going to make this year and thought these would be great.

The way that they are advertised, I thought it was just the cover, but it isn't it is the cover and the bottle reduced from £9 to £2.25!:j I bought 3 of them and they are great!:T I will try and find the thread when I can, and thank you personally
