Successful shop again today! Had lots of fun!! :j
Preston town centre - no mags or Sanctuary £5 vouchers so couldn't justify spend on Sanctuary toiletries and didn't go for that; no MF boxes etc out either but MF counter unattended so I wondered if they might appear when an assistant is on duty; I found two £2.50 benefits sharpeners at the bottom of a pint-glass-sized jar so 500pts and another no7 voucher for those. They'll come in handy for my 3 yr old's jumbo sized crayons!
Suncare no7 (at no7 counter) has bogof signs up, so got 2 £7.50 items plus wrap - paid at photo counter upstairs - sa did a bit of a double-take on the price the till came up with but let it go through, used my no7 £5 voucher AND got another voucher back as well after topping up the spend with £3 of cheap/necessary toiletries. Helps a lot if you're chatting to the sa as holding a conversation and trying to work out the mathematics of it all don't go well together!!! :rotfl:
Cat72 - hope you feel better soon for more bootsing!0 -

This thread should be about Boots bargains, and how much people have managed to get, surely not about a detailed discussion on womens time of the month?
I'm sorry but lots of us really don't want to be subjected to it.
Again apologies for nagging but I have to say something.
Then surely the advice regarding sad lamps and countless other things should only be discussed by pm?? Or is it only mooncups which are upsetting?Finleypop x :hello:0 -

I personally wouldnt like to be reading this thread whilst eating and see a discussion on mooncups:eek: . I do use them but a lot of people find them very gory.
Anyway, its best we stick to pm's on this subject, if anyone wants to pm me too about it, im happy to answer any questions. :T0 -

Good news - the London Colney Boots has the new magazine. They also have lots of the MF boxes. The SA are lovely there and will help you get the best deals when you pay. Today a lovely SA put my shopping through in two lots so that I could use and receive a £5 no7 voucher. Very kind of her. In the end came out with 4 no7 vouchers!
The MF boxes go through the tills free. I wasn't brave enough the first time to just pick one up so got a lip lock for my sister for £4.95 and got the box. However, the second transaction I got the box for free and the lovely SA didn't bat an eyelid.
Also most of the luxury bath items are reduced and you can still use the £2 voucher from the wrap.
A good day at boots today.'Fear is the path to the dark side. Fear leads to anger. Anger leads to hate. Hate leads to suffering.'
Proud Mummy to two gorgeous miracles.:j0 -
Just managed to use Sanctuary £5, £3 (from bag), £3 (from mag) all together when buying, Wipes and Skin Comforting Balm, got free bag too! So all that for £1 plus 150points!!!! Only got given 1 £5 voucher, girl was guarding them and helping people chose what to buy.
Also got MF pink manicure bag, free, didn't buy cosmetics!
FCUK bag with 2 £3.50 body spray, 1 came up as free, so bag and spray £3.50!
2 £7.50 sun balm with free wrap and used £5 voucher so £2.50 for those.
Quite a haul for £7 and another No.7 voucher, treated myself to Hydra Quench Day Sorbet, loved the trial pot, so another wrap, 250 points, £5 off and another £5 voucher!
Had a good day!!!0
