I wonder just how many people are getting the sanctuary weekend bag for their birthday/christmas! I know 2 in my family are so far :rotfl: and I benefit in getting lots of nice sanctuary products for me very very cheap!!

I've got 5 bags now, all for christmas pressies (fab teacher presents ;)).

The full size bits will make up 2 gift bags - 1 for preschool teacher when my DS leaves at Easter and 1 for my mums birthday from my children :)
    Slightly worn out mum to 3 (DS1 May 03, DS2 Feb 05, DD1 Feb 08). When i grow up i think i'll become a UN Peace keeper....

Please please can somebody explain this sanctuary thing to me I have tried reading the last ten pages and am lost

ok, when you buy any 2 full size products from the sanctuary range you can get the £10 weekend bag free. Most people are going for things in the lower price range - ie £4.50 etc.

Today i handed over the £3 voucher from the magazine and they took it off. I have also used the £2 voucher from the no7 wrap and it worked no problem. There are also 150 and 200 points vouchers in the ACM which work with it - some are working in conjunction with the moneyoff vouchers, some money off vouchers are working together, others are having problems and getting them put through manually......i think at the minute until someone comes back with a full list of the ones that WILL work all the time together then its just a case of trial and error and handing over vouchers and points printouts and hoping for the best! :) Also theres a £5 sanctuary voucher floating around if you are lucky to have some dotted around your store or someone there handing them out! :)

****edited to add*** it took me so long to type it out you are already sorted! :rotfl:

And the sanc. stuff works if you can find reduced items - is this correct???

And the mirror/face spa - - parenting voucher???

For anybody who lives in Whitley Bay, they had quite a lot of No 7 skin products half price on Saturday, from £4.25 to £6 and the voucher works fine with them. I got 3 sorts as I was buying nappies etc. - more due to dithering than deliberately milking the vouchers. The sales assistants are lovely in Whitley, as long as the vouchers are legitimate and go through OK, they are as pleased for you to get a bargain as you are. There's no AC machine tho.

The mirror and face spa are going through with the parenting voucher, just make sure you dont pick an SA who will pick up on the fact its more than the voucher is worth :T

Yup..I returned skin care items today. I had 4 Botanics items that really irritated my skin. I was told that without a receipt I could only have an exchange. Fine by me. (would have been nice if they could have put the money on a gift card so I wouldnt have to use the whole amount in one go...but the SAs were having none of it!!). I WAS asked if I had bought the Botanics using a voucher, and I just said "No"....without a receipt they cant argue.
So I exchanged for 4 x Naked shower gel on BOGOF, 2 x Naked haircare on BOGOF, 2 x shower gel for my fella and son on BOGOF, shampoo on BOGOF and an MF mascara. So turned a £20 exchange into £35 worth of stuff :T

I'm going to go into a couple of stores this weekend.. have fri/sat off, so i'll try there. The botanics set is scanning on the system at the price I paid for it, £2.99 (only got it for a free £6.99 eye moisturiser), and the skincare, mainly because I can't use it all.

Romford NO7 SA knows me well - I bought heated eyelash curler as they were out of mirrors, and the usual 2 skincare products, 2 choc bars, 2 Ribenas and crisps, and she even asks me now if I want a gift bag (asked twice for one, not since, they ask me!)

this may be pointing out the obvious but dont you just love the way that boots always seems to have offers that you can combine with vouchers, these are the main ones i can think of that iv benefited from recently & that theres always huge potential to combine vouchers against offers, making them even better & often boots are payin gyou to take items away.

Dont head office think properly about how so many of these offers&vouchers can be combined!!! i think there must be too many coupons going about, what with ones from mailings, mags, voucher booklets, inside promo bags, parenting club, ACM etc, they just cant keep track!!!

i.e #1 No7 vouchers&250 points any N07 purchase (from bugundy bag) = cheap products & paid to take away
#2 300 points on vitamins + £1 off any vitamins from COT booklet = very cheap vitamins & paid to take away
#3 skincare £2.50 off + 100 points botanics = free lipbalm/cheap face wipes etc & paid to take away
#4 All current ACM extra points vouchers on sanctuary + £5 off voucher & 2 x £3 off vouchers to get free weekend bag = pretty cheap products to gain the free bag if your lucky & can find reduced sanctuary etc
  • Leeds Crown Point has a No.7 Mirrors if anyone is interested!

Has anyone noticed how they are getting tougher when you take things back?

I took a perfume set back today that I bought in the sale, Yardley english lavender, I really didn't like the smell at all and 1 of the two bottles wouldn't spray.

Sa said I had to use the full amount of £14 up even though I didn't want or need to buy anything.

She eventually agreed to put it on a gift card as the package was essentially faulty.

It seems lately ( or is it just me?) that they are truly imposing the non giftcard/must spend equivalent rule at the moment. :(
