It has the same barcode as the £16 voucher so it should go thru as £16 but has gone thru' as more in some cases. You could try the new No7 bag £20, it's lovely, the illuminated mirror that is £19.99, half price, anything really that is £15 or over

The No7 bag doesn't work with the parenting voucher, I tried and failed! It wasn't the SA either, the till refused it. Got the mirror no probs though.

No sanctuary bags in my local Boots(Ek retail).:mad: Went all round the shop looking for them. None in the sanctuary ailse and no signs saying anything about them. Will have to try the other store in the town centre tomorrow night.

Thanks for that I wasn't too sure what went thru' and was just making a couple of 'you could try' suggestions as 2 of the posts earlier had no idea the voucher was worth more

I would buy a couple of other items to bump your bill up so it doesnt look so bad :cool: Its only works on the parenting voucher.

I got the free wrap today with two of the No. 7 Suncare products which are still buy one get one free, so £7.50 - less £5.00 = £2.50 to pay. They wouldnt give me another voucher though. but you can't have everything.

Called CS and they were very rude. It appears that my card has been marked as I have previously called re. issues in store (had card for years and have called once to complain about an extremely rude SA) and now anytime I call I am to be passed to a Supervisor. Can't believe it. Anyway, she told me that it is probably because voucher cannot be used in conjunction with another offer and I have to call back tomorrow when they have access to my receipt.

So, only bought make up to get extra points and SA told me it had gone through and marked the voucher and kept it. CS stating I should have sorted it out in store. I thought I had! Anyone any ideas what will happen.

same happened to me:eek: when 5 mins earlier a different SA put them through fine:mad:

I've just opened one of my orange sanctuary bags and no voucher inside! grumble!
Do they have an expiry date on them? I guess I'll ring customer services tomorrow and see if theres anything they can do, do you need the number from your receipts when you call them? What have people who have rang said? That their friend etc got them in their bag?
