hello everyone

had a hell of a time in boots the weekend - after 5 transactions was glad to get out the store!!

I used my 2.50 skincare voucher and bought the Sanctuary Spa wipes these were £4.95 and i handed over the 200 points voucher this all went through fine I also topped my phone up so got another skincare voucher

so off I go to get more bits, got the same sanctuary spa wipes and some mens shave gel and handed over another 200 points voucher i had printed off when I got to the store, this time the SA at a different till said I couldnt use the 200 points voucher, I told her I had 10 mins before and all went on okay and she gave it back to me saying to use it another time??

just curious is anyone knows why it worked the first time but when I went to someone else with the same items I was told I couldnt use the 200 points voucher??

sorry if this doesnt make sense?! not with it today!

No, the one in town. Right at the back near the opticians. On a shelf with baby products. Had quite a few left. HTH

Sorry if this does not answer your question but I thought that if you topped up your mobile you did not get a a skincare voucher I did this last week and was told phone top ups do not qualify anymore is this right?????

Sorry if this does not answer your question but I thought that if you topped up your mobile you did not get a a skincare voucher I did this last week and was told phone top ups do not qualify anymore is this right?????

I topped up my phone by £5 and had £7.45 to pay (includes the wipes I bought) and the SA gave me a skincare voucher for spending over £5 also handed over the 200 points voucher and this went on fine
