HMRC using technology to chase ebayers not paying tax

Could this be the end for greedy MSErs who bulk buy mispriced items, listing on ebay?

Is this like the DVLA computer that will automatically know if your vehicle is untaxed and fine you? Which is why the latest estimate is is 1 million untaxed vehicles on the road................... (those must be the 1 million that voted against road pricing

What's not to know? it's quite feasible for HMRC to be using a web-spider to determine what sellers are selling - then they just need to match up the seller ID to the tax payer....
