A warning for when you change your contract

Dear all,
We all see the threads on here for changing contracts that are too expensive so on the 4th of January I bought myself out of my mobile contract and paid all my line rental off, no bill had arrived this month so lo and behold my shock when they took £169 out of my account this morning.
Called them and apparently I only owe £50! They had added in over £100 of line rental and a cancellation fee for mobile broadband I had already paid.
Not happy I invoked the direct debit imenity act and the money is back in my bank and the said mobile provider has agreed I can pay my last two bills by debit card,
Please be very careful as I wasn't expecting this debit and their offer to refund me next month!
Moral of the story get the bill and triple check your direct debits when they leave your bank.
Thankfully my bank reversed mine immediately hence no problems and the money hasn't been taken!
