Not a win yet but I'm very excited to have been shortlisted as a finalist in Bramley apples' comp here thanks to slbhill

The comp was to send in a recipe including Bramley apples which would be fit for a queen to celebrate the Queen's diamond jubilee so I adapted the classic Queen of puddings recipe , which was my favourite pudding that my Mum used to make us as kids, & replaced the jam with Bramley apples & plums.
The winner will receive £500 cash & have their recipe made & sold in Sainsbury's.
I'd absolutely love to win this one as I've never entered a recipe comp before & it'd be an honour to win & have my recipe sold. I'm just so glad they're judging it themselves & not putting it to the public vote.
I've got everything crossed & will let you know if I win. Wish me luck
