  • i'm going to try and get the huggies starter box today. i thought i could only print 1 coupon but its let me print the coupon twice but with different barcode numbers at the bottom. Will it be okay to use both vouchers? as they dont look like exact duplicates??

It doesn't work by taking the £5 off in my store, it only took £3 off. And it wasn't that the lady adjusted it as I watched what happened when she scanned it and it immediately came up with -£3. That was last week.
  • Worked for me today - brought the newborn pack & a broom (£3.47), took £2 off the broom as well as getting the newborn pack free, so I paid £1.47 for them both - looks like its a bit hit and miss.

I used self service - when I scanned the voucher, the women had to come over and enter a code or something so I thought it would probably flag up, but it didn't at all... maybe she was meant to check the voucher/price of the item, but she didn't.:j
  • it worked for me yesterday, i had read on here what had happened so picked up a pack of pampers nappies to go with my huggies newborn starter set i used the voucher and i only had to pay £1.00 the boy on the till looked kinda confused but still let it go through lol. i then bought another two of the stater sets with the £2.00 off and used the voucher for free wipes so i had, 4 packs of nappies, 5 packs of wipes, and 3 hats for a grand total of £3.00, i didnt plan on using huggies because i didnt really like them first time around but for that price i will put up with them :P also went into tescos straight after and had a plastic bath support for 2pound odd and a top and tail for 1pound something so all in all i had quite a few bargains :) plus i got a voucher for another £2.00 of the newborn starter set so i could keep going. thanks for who even started this thread :)
  • It appears that the Voucher Software used by ASDA for their baby club logs the IP address of the computer you're using (or may even be the PC 'name' or MAC address).

So if you know multiple friends and family with a PC and printer, you can usually use their details to print off 2 £5 vouchers at a time. I've done this and got over 6 new starter boxes with all of their vouchers inside and in turn got about £60 worth of nappies for next to nothing! :rotfl:

Time to use the £2 vouchers for money off the Size 2 nappies in Sainsbury's tomorrow methinks! :T

    I've been Money Tipped!
I have picked up a few of these in the past. Occasionally boots also reduce the wipes to £1, so making them free with the voucher, but you will get 10p worth of Boots Advantage card points if in the parenting club.

But better value to buy them at Tesco using 3 vouchers and getting 3 packs of wipes and 41p off your shopping!
  • i popped into another asda today to get another 2 boxes, first one went through fine but woman looked at me in disgust but i then went outside ripped off my vouchers from the box i just bought went back again as was told the voucher cant be used on the starter set, so i said well how did i just use it and i used the voucher in 2 different asdas yesterday but they just said they cant do it. gutted now. was planning on these two being my last to lol.

I've been using them on the starter sets as DD is expecting. Had two x £2 huggies coupons printed off so used those and then cut out the coupons inside the set and used those again today without any problems. It doesn't say on the coupon that it can't be used on the starter sets as far as I remember.

Oh, and for anyone unable to print off the Asda baby club voucher I emailed them and they are posting one out.
  • i no exactly so i should of really argued the point but just wanted to get home so will pop back another day. so far i have used them on 3 starter sets so i know that its fine in other stores. just have to find a store with some instock now :)
