Hamlet outside Carrick...Mounthill?...four corners..rhyming words

I have this phrase that my late father used to say. It is a series of four words that I believe my father used to refer to when we went through a wee place above Carrickfergus. I think there used to be a fair there...but again this was ages ago.
Anyway, my father used to say that there was a cross roads where on each of the corners was : a pub, a church, a school and I think a cemetary. With these buildings in mind he then used to use four words to describe them. I think the first two were salvation and education...but can't remember the other two other than they used to end with 'ion', and they rhymed.

Has anyone heard of this before and if so what are the four words?
