I wanna kettle lead

Well actually a coffee percolator lead for an old Swan coffee percolator. It is like an ordinary kettle lead except the end that plugs into the percolator has round holes not the modern rectangle ones.
Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me. Fool me three times and I'll smash your face in. :D

  • I know a kettle lead is the same as the lead used on a computer monitor so it may be possible that an 'old' monitor may have the connections you are asking about.
  • Oooh I've got an old monitor in the cupboard upstairs. Maybe I borrowed the percolator lead for that. I'll go and check. Thank you.

No. That's a square one too. I'm still looking for a round hole one if anyone knows where they sell them.

try maplins they usually have most types of cables, if they don't they will probably have a connector that you can make a cable from.

No it's not a figure of 8 cable. They have rectangular holes.

  • RS Electronics can also be good for this kind of thing. And Freecycle is always worth a shot.
